Customer satisfaction is a priority. This policy defines the terms and procedures for returns and refunds.

  1. Return Period Customers have 30 days from receipt of their order to request a return, in accordance with the right of withdrawal.

  2. Eligible Products To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Non-damaged.

Returned in their complete original packaging.

Accompanied by all tags, instructions, or included accessories.

Promotional, sale, personalized, or perishable items cannot be returned, except in case of manufacturing defect or shipping error.

  1. Return Procedure The return request must be made through the Contact section of the website, indicating the order number.

A confirmation and instructions will be sent by email.

The item must be returned within the specified timeframe to the return address provided.

  1. Return Fees Return fees are covered by the seller (defective or incorrect item).

  2. Refund Processing Once the returned product is received and inspected, the customer will be notified by email of the approval or rejection of the return.

If approved, the refund will be processed via the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

If rejected (damaged, incomplete, or non-compliant product), no refund will be issued.
