Processing Time
Orders are generally shipped within 24 to 48 hours after confirmation, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Orders placed on Friday or during the weekend are processed at the beginning of the week. Our warehouse is located in Paris.

Note: During peak periods (major promotions, public holidays, or the day after public holidays), shipping times may be longer.

Delivery Options

• Standard Delivery: Free for all orders

• Delivery generally completed within 48 hours after order placement.

Track Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to follow your delivery at every step.
